Installation Procedures
A proper
installation is the single most important step to assure
a safe, reliable and efficient system. Installation procedures
for commercial/residential apartment units, individually
owned condominium associations, and single family residential
projects are defined in our detailed proposal presented
with the costing and customized to the individual building
and project requirements. |
#1 Site Inspection
A
Site Inspection is critical to a successful construction
process. Our standard project costing includes installation
of all new hot and cold domestic water piping originating
at the new service entrance and replacing the main distribution
system and branch lines to all existing finished fixtures.
Unless specifically included in our proposal and contract,
drain replacement and the fixtures themselves such as
faucets, toilets, valves, water heaters, etc. are not
included. |

System Layout
Your
materials will be ordered and sized based on UPC code.
Standard Project Specifications for Materials is based
upon owner requirements and industry standards. Detail
descriptions provided with free estimate.

Site Preparation
Prior
to Construction, owner/tenant will be given a complete
set of instructions for preparation. |

Installation
Professionally
trained and managed installation crews are directly responsible
for the safety, reliability and efficiency of your new

requirements and industry standards. |

System Performance Test
The
new installed system is tested for proper operation. Final
adjustments are made to assure a safe and efficient installation. |

Inspection
Upon
receipt of your contract, we will secure necessary plumbing
permits with your city or jurisdiction. Unless otherwise
specified, inspections are set for the following day after
your system is installed. |

Wall Repair
After
city inspection and approval, we will begin the wall repair
and final cleanup for your project. Standard
Project Specifications for Wall Repair is based upon owner
requirements and industry standards. Detail descriptions
provided with free estimate.

Job Completion
After
final wall repair and cleanup, we will walk you through
your job and do a final inspection to ensure that all
work is completed and in accordance with good and workmanlike
construction. |
