Dear Ed,

I have never seen a company with any harder working employees and certainly none with workers that were any more considerate. I even have tenants that have indicated to me that they intend to write to your company about how impressed they were with your workers. Everyone seemed truly committed to pleasing my tenants and myself! They certainly succeeded in doing that!!!

I know that you have hundreds of letters from satisfied customers and I certainly understand why you do! I do, however, want to let you know that I would be happy to go beyond just a letter...If you have anyone that needs to speak to someone that has had the experience with your firm that was put off for many years...please have them call me!!! The address and phone number is our summer address, but I know that you have both addresses in your files.

Ed, I have always believed that a good business practice is to "under promise and over deliver". In spite of your remarkable promises, you still delivered far more than promised.

Thank you very much for your donation of materials and labor to install new copper piping in our Norton House Group Home. What a great job your crews did installing the pipe, patching holes, tile work, etc.. They even brought our water systems up to current codes.

Our staff and boys are very proud of this new water system and how well everything works. Thank you and your workers again for this outstanding donation. Dear Mr. Vershaw:

I know next to nothing about plumbing and even less about plastering-but I do recognize efficient and considerate employees in any line of work. Suffice it to say, I believe if a person will take the time to voice a complaint, as we all do, we should be equally quick and eager to express compliments and praise when they are warranted.

In my opinion, your crews who did the repiping and resultant necessary repairing at this address over a two-day period were exceptional in all respects and left nothing to be desired. If you were to ask how I felt the service could be improved I would be unable to offer anything. (As an aside, I am not known for being at a loss for words often-and I am a Senior Citizen and, as you are no doubt aware, we are reputed to be especially critical and picky.)

I was also impressed with how well the individuals worked with each other and appeared to "get along". It speaks highly of your organization that they gave the impression of being happy in their work and proud of their craftsmanship. I have heard similar comments from other tenants although you may not receive them directly.
There-I have "said my piece" and am pleased to have been able to do so. Should an opportunity present itself that I can recommend your company I will do so without reservations.
